When philosopher and fellow Australian, Skye Cleary, was looking for something fun to feed guests at her first ever book launch; love cakes were easily the answer.
Skye's love of bright, fresh flavors, inspired the idea of lemon, vanilla & raspberry petit fours.
These little morsels combined three layers of lemon cake, Swiss vanilla buttercream and fresh raspberry coulis filling, the combination of sweet and tart were enjoyed by all.
The petit fours surrounded an edible cake replica of the fun and expertly illustrated book cover, by the talented Sam Smith of Pop Heirloom.

Skye Cleary PhD MBA is a philosopher and author of Existentialism and Romantic Love (Palgrave Macmillan, 2015).
